Liquid Soap Update
So I still wasn’t entirely happy with my homemade liquid soap. It was just a little too watery.
But of course, I used it, because I’m not going to waste it.
Then I tried this - I put a couple of “glugs” of dish soap in the small pump container, along with the watery stuff.
That works great. In fact, I think I can use a lot less so next time I’ll pay attention to how much dish soap I actually put in there. You know, actually measure it ’til I actually figure out the least amount of dish soap that does an adequate job of stiffening up my homemade liquid handsoap.
The dishwashing soap I’m using now is blue, so the resulting liquid handsoap is a pretty light blue.
Another thing I can investigate is whether it’s just cheaper to use watered-down liquid dish soap in place of liquid handsoap. Hmmmm.
