Introducing…..The New and Improved Ideas For Frugal Living!

This weekend my husband spent some time updating my blog.  It looks similar to the old way of doing things, but it has lots of neat new features. Yay!

This calls for a celebration.  Y’all KNOW how I like to celebrate -that’s right, cake! I got so excited that I was immediately inspired to make this.  See, it says “Yay” because I am so happy about all the big changes going on around here.

I love this cake.  I used the Strawberry and Cream Cupcakes recipe from bettycrocker.com.  Here it is, if you’d like to try it.

I’ve made this before, and it tastes just like Happiness: light, fluffy, and strawberry -y.

Here are some of the great new features here at IdeasForFrugalLiving.com: a search function (go ahead, look up “Pink Motor Scooter” and see what happens), that Twitter thing I’ve been talking about up at the top right (I have 23 followers), “tagged” topics on the right-hand side, a very cool graphic of “me” on a pink motor scooter down at the bottom of the front page (and pink motor scooters floating around on the background, too). And, oh yeah, I’ve joined Frugal Hacks. Cool.

I’m not sure how some of this stuff works yet, so I’ll have to play with it a bit. Thanks Hubby, enjoy a big slab of Happiness cake on me!
